Dwayne S. Anderson

An interesting summation of the Cuban Missie Crises postmortems. As an aside, it should be kept in mind that a careful sifting of the many many DDP reports (HUMINT), some of which were accurate, from Cuba could have established the presence of the Soviet missile systems. Also, it was COMINT that convincingly showed the the flow of Soviet armament to Cuba and reenergized the Intelligence Community efforts to increase coverage of the island.
